
When you login to the SBCGlobal email from the computer or from the laptop, you will find a login screen with the number of menus displayed on the top of the page. The name of one such page is ‘Management’ from where you can organize or access the useful features of your email. Go to the ‘Self-care’ management page and click on ‘Authenticate yourself’.
Enter the username and the password to confirm your identity.
If you don’t want to enter the username again and again, then click on ‘Remember login password’.
Enter captcha as per given on the screen in the box provided.
If you find the login problem, then login again.
Log out of the account after making the necessary changes. Don’t forget to press ‘Save’.
How to create a sub-user?
For creating a sub-user, you need to login to the primary account.
Enter the details as per asked in the account setup form.
Select the password for the new account and enter it twice for confirmation.
Click on ‘Create a user’. You will find ‘Account successfully created’ message on the screen.
How to check mailbox size?
To check the mailbox size of your primary email or parent account, you need to login to the account first followed by getting into ‘Settings’. Select the ‘Account’ out of the given one. Open the ‘Manage’ option and click on ‘Edit mailbox size’. After making changes, press ‘Ok’ to complete. If you want to make changes in the future, you can do so by following the same steps.
How to bar emails from a particular email address?
If you are frustrated with the repeated spam or promotional email in your account and want to get rid of these, then you can bar the email address after which you will not receive any email in the future. The steps to block the email address are:
Go to ‘Settings’ and hover to the ‘Block and unblock’ section.
Go to the ‘Individual address’ section and enter the email address you want to block.
If you want to unblock it again in the future, then follow the same steps.
After blocking the email, you will not receive any updates from the same email address in the future.
Click ‘Done’ to exit the page and come to the home screen of your email account. Check for emails if still receiving from the same email address or not.
